This was the only automotive parts store in Niagara Region to have a part for my 24 year old vehicle in stock. Normally I have no problem whatsoever waiting for parts but this was caught last second before a major trip to Toronto in 2 days. Cheers boys, thanks the courteous and fantastic service!

I needed a brass compression sleeve to repair a busted line in my boat. I went to 3 other stores before I went to Partsource Lundys (I live in fort erie). I have ALWAYS had a good experience with their staff. This time was no exception. Big shout out to Abigail (pretty sure that was her name). Highly knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to get me what I needed. The store did not have the proper size sleeve I needed in stock but she went in the back and found the complete fittings that I could buy that had the sleeves inside of them. I was really really appreciative and if it weren't for her, my boat would not be running for tomorrow. It's all fixed and it just was a great day Thanks to her. I had no other options left, and she made it happen.

Here I was in need of last minuet parts! The snow was coming.... I jumped in the car and I flew over to the part source! I looked at my clock in horror. I was too late :( BUTWAIT!!! I was not too late! I could get my parts for the very important snow date! The guys helped me straight away so I did not have to wait. So back home with the parts I have, for a killer snow plow ride I DID create! Must have been fate. Though it was close to closing time. Like 2 minuets, the guys were nice and didnt seem to mind that much. This made me wanna get out of their hair so that they could close on time and get home to their fams. Wich I did make it quick. They thanked me.

Why does Part Source advertise something when you go there to get it they tell you out of stock every where. They may of had 1 in stock to make it legal . If you can't carry a reasonable amount of stock don't advertise it or give out rain checks. Guaranteed I'll never step another foot in that store cause the way they operate
