Away from the masses and the casino is this little gem with a great beer, cider and wine collection, super friendly service and there was live music. Your happy place in Niagara Falls.
Went to Canada for the weekend and ended up at local. If you like a chill but enjoyable atmosphere where everyone is having a good time this is the place!!! The owner is amazing along with his staff. I will be visiting everytime I go to Canada!
I'm not a bar person but I LOVE this place so much. Me and my husband were celebrating our 2nd anniversary and I found this bar. The vibe is so nice, not crowded, and there were even comedy shows! The host and the bartender were super nice, we love the bartender ?? His service will totally be the reason for us to come back. And his watermelon flavoured cocktail is sooo good. I also don't really drink but that is really good ? We'll come back again!
2* Tony is amazing. Just ask for his dealers choice when it comes to a cocktail. Came here because I left my wallet at a bnb (or else I’d be at Niagara brewing). This was one of my highlights from our trip to Niagara.
I had a great time with Nathan, the visiting mayor and her husband from Texas (lol) and the nicest bartender I have ever met in my life. I planned on only grabbing a quick drink and leaving, cause I had plans to jump off the falls. I was delayed enough because of the amazing people I met, that the police were able to find me and I'm alive. This place may have saved my life.
I had my birthday party for 40 guests here and I have to say everything was perfect. Service, drinks, cocktails, food and atmosphere. Everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you owners and staff for such an amazing event. I highly recommend Local for such events. Absolutely great place.
My friend's recommendation resulted in a disappointing 15-minute visit. There are better options nearby. My friend left a review and the owner's disrespectful response to an honest review reveals a lack of understanding in handling complaints. Extremely disappointed and cannot recommend. The owner, in particular, could use some practice in providing better service.
