Kyle was the best server we've ever had. Give this guy a raise and a medal of valor. He should do stand up and he was standing up the entire time he served us.
Beers good, food is hit and miss. Ordered a $20 "brisket" sandwich, only to get dried out, chewy beef on a bun, with fries that closely resembled hickory sticks. Choose wisely and stick to the pizzas unless you want to be disappointed.
Visited for the first time... what a nice place... Large indoor seating area (both ground floor and a upper floor, plus outdoor seating in season). They have a kitchen which I did not get to try today but I did try their Black lager. It was great, as was the service.
Today was our first time here. The food was fantastic and the service was fantastic as well no complaints highly highly recommend. Definitely going back. If you haven't been there yet check it out you will not be disappointed
We have been to this brewery before on slow nights and have had little complaints, but tonight (Saturday) was a different story. It was not unreasonably busy, but it seemed the staff were having a very difficult time and service was awful. The staff were friendly enough, but it took my salad almost a whole hour to come to the table while the other 5 people in my party had theirs sitting cold in front of them waiting for me to receive mine. We had little children with us who were not happy to sit for so long. On top of the food taking so long, no one cleared the table, ever. We sat with plates on plates of dirty dishes in front of us our whole meal and we stayed for dessert. We had birthday presents to open and there wasn't any table space to even think of opening them until we personally stacked everything and put it to the side the best we could.... There was a large party sitting beside us and we had to look at their table completely full of dishes long after they had left as well.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting blackburn beer company, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! As a craft beer enthusiast, I was blown away by the variety and quality of the beers. Must visit with friends and family.
First visit. I am a huge fan of local craft beers. Went with a friend today. We both ordered a round of flights. When we ordered our food, our waitress said they were waiting on chicken, so it would be a while. We were fine with that. She even offered to comp our flights for the wait. She comped my friends but not mine. I don't hold it against her. Food and beer were good. Forgot to grab a beer glass for my collection though :(
