The owner customized a minty dark hot chocolate (not sweet). Ice wine truffles are outstanding. High quality chocolate and lots of pride in their product. Highly recommend. We bought chocolate & then drove to see the Christmas lights at the Falls. A perfect winter's evening activity.

From literally the moment you open the door, there is an amazing treat in-store for you, the unsuspecting customer. Having other business at the mall, I went into the Chocolate Laboratory while I waited for my phone to be fixed. The aroma of coffee, married with the sweet and tantalizing smell of fresh chocolate hung in the air. A delicate intermingling of delights awaits the senses in this wonderful little shop. Hand made and more importantly on-site made, by the owner, chocolates of various types greet the visitor. Watching the chocolate swirl around in the window display was a nice touch. I purchased a coffee and a sea salt chocolate covered caramel, and if your taste buds are making your mouth water, they should. Amazing! Simply Amazing. I will most definitely return
It was a quiet start to our morning, the snow just started and we were looking to fill some time at the outlets. My husband is a chocolate addict so we stopped in to see what thet had. Its way more then chocolate, you can see where sweets meets science! The women working was so nice and explained that this was a shop for fun and experiments. The lava rocks were delicious sweet and spicy, and the pretzle bits were addicting.
The Chocolate Factory, was very nice and clean the service from Wes was great and impeccable. He was very informative and let me and my family know so much about Chocolate. The store is very cleaned and smelled delicious. For my first time visiting the store it was very memorable and i cant wait to make it back!
I had an amazing experience at the Chocolate Laboratory! The owner is amazing and explains how the chocolate is made which was very interesting to learn. The chocolate is absolutely heavenly. The price is more then your average chocolate bar but that's because the quality is a thousand times better and worth every penny. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I can't wait to go back!
Wes the owner and I'm calling him a chocolatier is VERY knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. I really try to support all small businesses and I will definitely be returning!!!
