I went there to return a Zara parcel, and they charged $5 just for pieceof paper—way overpriced for something so simple. When I asked why it cost that much, the staff gave very poor customer service and even refused to provide a receipt when I requested one. The attitude was unprofessional, as if they were acting like they owned the place. Kudo shouldn’t give privileges to employees who treat customers this way. Bought bait here tonight and there wasn't even 1 worm inside the container. Edit: Would make a second review but Google doesn't allow that. Would love to know who is replying to your business' reviews here. When you make a promise to a customer it should be upholded and not belittle, mock nor heckle at the customer when coming inside to make your wrong right. Promised a refund and bait that had actual bait inside but this is the experience I had instead. 100% wouldn't support this business nor would I tell someone else too. Posting pictures of the baitless bait I received, I'm not a liar and don't appreciate these experiences.
Place is a fraud no fireworks don't bother they don't even have the right to sell them. Pause just got approached by the guy from the counter for writting my review came running confirming that he is the image of fraud him and his firework sign. Looking like the Indian Bart Simpson Teaching humour to my children.
Guy Farhan there is rip off, he will try to short change you, charge you more when buying multiple items as people don’t pay attention, so careful people and count your change.
