If I could give a zero I would. Last time we ate there my sister got literally 2 pieces of meat on her sandwich and the fries were not cooked properly. Tried again last night, stood there for 15 mins and not one person greeted us. At least 5 people in line, tables available but dirty. None of the staff was actually doing much! Extremely disappointed! We left and went elsewhere. Use to be so good.
On September 6th, I had breakfast here with my mom while we did a little morning slot play at the casino. Our serve server was Virginia #6385, Who took extra special care of my medically necessary gluten-free needs. I really appreciated her service and care that she took in communicating with the kitchen that day. I wanted to leave her a good review, to let management know that she is absolutely wonderful.
Every time my mom and I visit Fallsview Casino Resort, we are early and we eat breakfast here when they open at 8:00. Breakfast food is always prepared fresh, they don't skimp on food as there is always plenty on the plate. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. I don't know what the lunch and supper is like but I highly recommend The Falls Deli for breakfast.
Very disappointing service. Our server forgot my tea refill, and when we flagged him down, he said he’d be right with us but never came back. We constantly had to flag someone down just to get attention, and even then no one followed through. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
The food is great and the staff are friendly. They include white bread and whole grain bread options, which is thoughtful for people who want to eat healthier. If I remember correctly, they also provide different sweetners (sugar, stevia) for our coffee. If you come here, you must remember to bring your own containers in case you can't finish your food because they don't have any (this was in Oct 2023). When I first came here, I didn't know they serve coleslaw with our food. It didn't taste good so they had to go to waste. It would've been beneficial to let us know so we can prevent food waste.
Shared a vegetable omelette with rye toast and a side of Yukon Gold potatoes. More than enough for two. Cappuccino needs a little work! Overall, a good place for breakfast!
Update: Breakfast was excellent. Forgot to ask not to include the whipped cream with my French toast and strawberries but glad this happened! The cream was heavenly; not at all the sweet processed ick you get elsewhere. Delicious!! Highly recommend. Update: Prices have increased again (like everywhere else). Coleslaw no longer provided with sandwiches unless you ask for it. Good news is that there’s more tables available as they’ve expanded the deli space. Also, take out sandwiches available around the corner from Deli. Momentum accepted at both. Servers always pleasant.
