Pregnant. Wanted a chicken sandwich. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Did not receive a chicken sandwich. There’s a sign that says “once the order is placed, you cannot ask for changes”. Now an unhappy pregnant lady. Should have gone to Popeye’s, I guess.
Tried the Chicken Wich and it was amazing! The chicken was juicy and crispy, the bun was soft and fresh, and the sauces added the perfect flavor. Honestly didn’t expect it to be this good from a pizza place! Would definitely order it again ??
The chickens didn’t taste good, and the shop had poor ventilation, so the smell of oil and smoke was overwhelming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat them and had to throw them out
Workers we're polite. The food is very sub par. It's a frozen chicken patty sandwich, generic fries and a can of soda for $15. At least Popeyes down the street hand batters their sandwich...
2 stars for the obnoxious menu pricing.. Really hope yall pay the employees above the standard wage due to the fact that your products are double the regular menu pricing and it’s like 50 degrees in your shop... cant breathe with a face mask on so I can only imagine what it’s like working behind the counter. Id give five stars to the staff.
KFC doesn’t need any reviews but still had great appetite with friends after a long day roaming at niagara falls. Being an express outlet, it still has a variety of options to eat. At that time we had to take out the food as dine in was restricted there and we ate it while parked nearby. Suggest to everyone to visit this KFC outlet once if you are anywhere near niagara falls.
Annoying, they do not allow you to purchase a box meal or any of your coupons. Had to go to Lundy Lane only to see that 30 minutes before closing they lock the doors and force you to go to the drive thru and stuck between cars we are 7 cars waiting and stuck cannot reverse. Now I am being told that there is no more chicken. I am complaining to head office first thing tomorrow morning. 30 minutes of my time wasted and no food. They want me to buy something from Taco Bell.
