My wife and I purchased the Capri 34 insert from Stamford Fireplaces. The entire process was painless, not only is the insert beautiful it is extremely functional ( warm & cozy ). The instal staff ( Jim & Jeff ) did a great job too they were very clean and efficient also spent the time explaining how the fireplace works, cleaning/caring for the unit. I would highly recommend Stamford Fireplaces!

We had a gas fireplace that wasn't working. The first company we called gave an estimate of $1,000. The second company we called said they couldn't get the parts. The third company we called was Stamford. Their service tech identified two issues. Quickly fixed them and only charged $200. Their technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and respectful of our house. It's very comforting to know that there are still quality companies like Stamford still around.
Staff were excellent installing my new unit. Reviewed all components. Thanks to Katherine and staff. Had our unit winterized for the upcoming season. Mike did an amazing job, laying his work blanket over our floor prior to commencing. Took his time removing the pieces, cleaning the unit and re-installing the unit together. Wow! Customer Service plus. Cathy and her team provided us with fantastic after sales service.
