As somebody who worked in frozen yogurt shops for many years, this place was fine but overall underwhelming. The good: location was convenient, store was very clean and fun decor. The flavour options were good and I could tell the yogurt was of good quality. Now the bad: There was only one employee working, who was not very friendly and had earbuds in while serving us. They only have 2 cup size options. The toppings bar is the real disappointment here. Everyone knows the point of the frozen yogurt experience is to choose your own toppings, and they don't allow this. It's very hard to choose when it's not at your own pace and when the staff isn't being very helpful. The topping options were lackluster overall. The price was a bit expensive but I would say it would have been worth it had the experience been better. They also advertised a number of other products (waffle cones, frozen yogurt cakes, soft pretzels, etc.) none of which were available when we went. Not that I really needed or wanted these things but in my experience it reflects poorly on a business to offer too many products half-heartedly and not follow through with them. As the only frozen yogurt store in Niagara, they may be able to get away without improvements but they have potential to be great!
Smelled so dirty, the booths were disgusting, sticky, and covered in footprints. Couldn't even stand the smell to sit inside. They dont even let you serve your own toppings, nothing special for a $12 cup of yogurt with a few toppings.
Great flavours and even better toppings! My favourites are mango + strawberry, chocolate + vanilla, almonds + salted caramel. Their yogurt base makes them very refreshing.
It was a hot day and this place was great to help cool us off with frozen yogurt! Lots of choices and topping and good service too! Even better, it’s gluten free!
Took my kids for a fun treat, they had a blast picking their flavours and toppings. Yes, a bit pricey, but totally worth it! So many options of frozen yoghurt, and sooo many more options for fun toppings.
I took my child it was our 1st time trying CCSwirls. The staff member Aman greeted us right away. After telling her we did not know what to do she took us through process and was cool. Frozen yogurt was tasty, not overly sugary. We sat and ate, Aman was working she was kind, helpful and open to conversation. 5 stars is for her service and good Froyo. Price a little steep but I did get a few toppings for my child.
I was there 18 min Before they close , door was looked. I sat in my car and called the store , the girl worker was walking around holding the phone watching it ring , guess she wanted to leave early I could see her just watching the phone ring . I called the next day asked to speak to the owner left my number , no one ever called me back.
