Paradisaea Aerial Dance provides unique and challenging ways to build your strength, coordination and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Great for kids, teens and adults (even with no experience) and very reasonably priced classes and workshops. I love the aerial silks class and recommend trying out any of the aerial classes offered if you're looking for something really fun and rewarding to learn!
