Had a great experience buying a car. Drew made the whole process easy, quick and painless. He didn’t push me to buy the add-ons or warranties. He was able to answer all my questions and wasn’t pushy or over bearing. I told him the style of car I wanted and he was able to give me options that met my needs and contacted me when they were they available.

Our third CRV! Great people to deal with. We had given up hope of finding a local CRV to replace our much loved 2014 that was a total loss when T boned in a collision. The side air bags saved my wife. Salesman Dave (you can’t miss him - he’s pretty tall!). Knew of a 2015 that was coming in. It was a one owner, good car apart from some wear on the leather seats. Hamburg had this painted / re-dyed and the leather steering wheel too. We put a deposit down to secure the car. But no obligation to buy unless we were 100% happy. Sales manager Mike was great and made sure the car was fully serviced. Finances and available warranty options were explained by the very knowledgeable Rick. A very pleasant buying experience even down to Charlie from parts putting on new wipers! Thanks to Dave for being a great no pressure salesman, and all the team at Hamburg!
Let’s start by saying, “stay away” from this dealership unless you enjoy unorganized chaos. Booked an oil change two weeks in advance, set for 2 pm by the lady in the service dept. Proof was in my recent call list time stamped as such. Arrived for my appointment early and was advised by the blonde lady at the service desk that I was not scheduled for an appointment and that “I” must have made a mistake. Showed her the call that was made two Friday’s ago and she remained insistent that I had no appointment. Customer service at this point was going right down hill. I explained that the mistake or lack of data entry was on their part, and that someone needed to correct the issue. I was then advised that she would squeeze us in but it may take an hour and a bit instead of 45 minutes. Went for a bite to eat and after waiting an hour and a half we returned to find out what the delay was. Again, same lady, told us they were very busy and they had not even started our service. No phone call for the 1 1/2 hour waiting . Have never experienced such poor customer service by an argumentative employee. Spoke with the manager “Anthony” who was at least willing to listen to the confusion and how absolutely rude we were treated. He did offer to bring our vehicle in right away and have it completed within 20 minutes. We thanked him for the offer but declined and advised that as local Niagara residents, we would be taking our service somewhere else and would not be returning. While in with the manager, same lady stormed by the managers office and slammed the door leading to the parts dept. This lady should feel lucky that I’m not her supervisor. What an absolute waist of an afternoon due to someone else’s incompetence. Will definitely be advising my Niagara Falls family who own Honda’s to search out another place for their vehicle needs.
