The shop around Niagara region for South Indian products. They carry a lot of Kerala household essentials. Good customer service and great communication.
I went today for the first time! Store was lined up there was one cashier (mid aged male) who was cashier there, long story short he was talking to one customer about 10-15 mins as i was waiting in line from a long time. I left without purchasing anything because he was still having some personal conversation with same customer. Even though cashier saw me walking out but never asked me what happened if there is something wrong. He was continuously talking to same customer. Worst customer service there. Wont prefer to go there. If i could give them zero rating that would be great ??
My favourite Indian grocery store as of now. They have at least 4 different types of pappadams. Sometimes they have plants, now they have Onam clothes.
Update on June 22, 2023: They have some fresh veggies (picture for reference). Super friendly owner. Extremely clean grocery store. Its very organized and the price is relatively low compared to other Indian grocery stores in the area which is huge plus. They don’t have fresh veggies but have different varieties of south indian snacks and pre packed mixes.
After visiting the indian grocery stores in Niagara Region this one was the best store experience I ever had. Well lit place, no weird smell (thumbs up for that), everything was placed neat and nicely above the correct price tag, there was no dust on packets and products (generally if you observe closely in any store you will find dust on some products) In terms of options, there are some good options for the people from the five southern states of India, good options for rice, flours, great options of fishes (was so happy to see the fish refrigerator), masalas, lentils, pastes, snacks, utensils, personal care and toiletries also had good options. Veggies and sweets had less options. Overall, a good and clean place to buy grocery. Definitely will visit this place again.
Ambient looking store for sure, but for some reason doesn't strike a chord with the customers. Most of the Desis still prefer going to Patel Grocers in Lundy's Lane. I didn't find anything Wrong with this store if you ask me. Choice of Indian produce is a little less here compared to Patel however.
Kudos to the owners to keep the store well organized and tidy. I could find almost everything on the store including Indian groceries, frozen packs, sweets, and snacks. It would be even better if the store would keep Gujarati snacks (especially Khakhra).
