Took my fossil watch to this jewelry store to have the battery replaced. I was told while I was waiting that Pat was having a hard time trying to replace the battery so I left them my watch for an entire day. I go to pick up the watch the next day and the woman said that they didn't have time to get to it. I naturally was upset by this so I asked for my watch back so I could take it some place else. Not only did they not replace my battery but they also returned my watch with the back off. Such an awful experience. I will never return nor recommend this jewelry store.
Waaaaaay too overpriced for the outdated jewelry and the staff is NOT friendly,very condescending and rude. Also the gate you have to wait to be buzzed into, in order to enter the store is a little much.
Had my wife's wedding ring repaired at gold'n memories. The workmanship was great. The customer service was very good also. They took the time to explain the process and that it may require more than a simple diamond reset. In the end the entire claw had to be replaced. You cannot tell that anything has been done. It looks as good as new. I would highly recommend this jewelry store.
