this is the best, most respectful, most caring library in New York. I highly recommend it. Also with a wide variety of not just books, but music and movies too! I come here everyday and its as wonderful as the day before. If I could give 6 stars best believe i would!!
Unfortunately I have noticed that this library is very noisy. Customer service area located very close to the place where you have to sit, read and focus. You get distracted by phone calls and conversations from customer service very often and you can't do nothing with that.
The staff are extremely rude to the point of ignorance. There is no excuse for that.
Oct. Update: Glad to see that the library is trying to improve day by day, that's good!EXCEPT just saw this new security guy was comfortably sitting on the couch and on his phone for half an hour... (and I have to walk by him to remind him it is not your break time yet, or he probably will take a nap soon)... USELESS indeed!
The staff her members here are helpful and always smiling, dont be shy all your questions will get answered. There are many resources here to accommodate all your needThe location is right on the bus route, and the stop is right in front of the Library.
