You never know what kind of experience youll get walking into a chain, in my opinion. However, this experience was exceptional. Barb was our waitress on 10/03/18 and she was incredibly warm and sweet, even went above and beyond for us and displayed exceptional service skills. I wish this place was local to us, we would be back many times over. Food was great, everyone was smiling, and the restaurant was very clean!
Service was really very slow on the Sunday evening we visited, while the restaurant itself was not crazy crowded. Waiter was nice enough, but not particularly attentive. My fried chicken sandwich was not nearly worth the price I paid. Chick-fil-A makes a MUCH better chicken sandwich, for a fraction of the price. Speaking of prices, they're inflated here since you're in Niagara Falls. Sorry, won't be back.
Where should I start? No point in buying food when there was plenty of leftovers still on the table and seats that the hostess placed us at. And then even if I wanted to order food, there was no one who came over to offer us ANYTHING!!! Not even a drink. I think we waiting about 25min before we decided this place was not worth our money. So on the way out we tell the hostess and all she had to say was "Sorry."
Definitely not worth the price, and if I was offered the same exact meal for free, I would not take it. The steak was stringy, couldn't eat it. The broccoli was not fresh, the manager blamed the lemon seasoning. They could have taken 5 minutes to pick-up all the papers and junk on the floor. The waitress was fine, no issues with her. This is a tourist area, so they probably don't worry about repeat customers. I occasionally visit my local Friday's, but this experience will affect my decision to visit any time soon.
Brittany was a very sweet bartender. Spinach Dip was yummy and a fair portion for the price. 2 for 1 drinks if your staying in the Sheraton.Came back for dinner, shrimp and chicken was delicious with especially good mashed potatoes. Sliders were also quite good. Dorothy was an efficient and attentive waitress.
