Worst truck rental experience ever. Their vehicles seem to be poorly maintained and barely road-worthy. Both the brakes and and power steering failed while on the highway traveling 100 kph in the centre lane on the truck they rented to me. Worse than the nearly catostraphic failure of the truck was the catostraphic failure of customer service. U-Haul's roadside assistance was sluggish and borderline apathetic. The corporate customer service is nearly impossible to reach. I called the manager of this location using the contact info provided by corporate, after being advised that the local manager was to offer a remedy, and he refused to take my call.I have 2 pieces of advice for those considering truck and/or equipment rental, 1 don't consider U-Haul. 2 if you do use U-Haul, be prepared to dispute the charge on your credit card as it seems to be the only remedy available

The old man with the glasses that works there is extremely rude, threatened to not help us because HE was angry we were getting upset he couldn't find our already reserved truck! We were delayed so long and he was unbelievably unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this location. Worst customer experience of my life.
