Quick service, very friendly staff with a great sense of humour! I honestly enjoyed my visit here and will definitely return when it's time for my next oil change.
1st visit was great. Went on my lunch break. Quick and efficient. The 2nd visit at 830am the very next day was not great at all. Driving daughter to school, people pointing under my truck, my engine cover was hanging by 1 screw. Took it back to ask what happened, why it was not secured, they blamed it on the clips. No ownership that they didn’t attach it properly. Odd that it was noticed the morning after I got an oil change with them. I now have to buy a new one, manager recommended not even putting one on. They wouldn’t admit that they made a mistake or apologize. Disappointing customer service after the 1st visit.
They didnt change the copper gasket on my s.u.v. oil plug when my change was done, which caused a slow leak and almost destroyed my $40k vehicle. When i spoke to the manager i was told that it would have been an expense to the company because theyre a franchise.
These guys are my go to for anything I need done with my car. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable and they're quick and efficient. Great prices, great work, great team.... Why would I go anywhere else?

Covid-19 can be a great excuse for poor quality service. The guy was good at knowing what service offered without me telling him, which might be why he did not ask. My oil change service took place in about 5 mins and it costs $103.97 plus tax. NO TIRE CHECK! NO FLUID FOR FRONT CAR GLASS! Ridiculously, it was done before, in my last visit. After the oil was changed, they did not even bother showing me how clean the new oil is.
Very disappointed in the extra charges they place on service and they do not let you know ahead of time of these charges. Added $10.00 for skid plate handling?, added 4.99 for an oil filter when the oil filter is included in the cost of the oil change? (was told that my hyundai requires a special filter???), I have never been charged extra for my oil filter anywhere else and..... added $2.50 for shop supplies???? I'm I paying for printer paper, toilet paper?? I had a $5.00 coupon and still had to pay $73.00 for my oil change. Nice technicians but Never again!
