Very vague signage. DO not use municipal lots, they purposely trick you into tickets. Just get a private parking spot instead to save yourself the headache. Never using/going to Niagara Falls again
Great easy to find and access parking lot. 5 to 10 minute walk to the falls. The layout of the lot is nice and efficient. It is clearly labelled and you can tell it's a city lot not a private one with guys waving "$5 ALL DAY" signs. Just an FYI for people that aren't aware : if you have a disabled permit (handicap permit) you don't have to pay for parking here, you literally park your car and roll down the hill in your wheelchair :) if you want to confirm this Becuase you are worried, contact the city of Niagara falls and they will tell you the same thing.

Convenient parking for Victoria St. attractions. There is a path from the lot to Victoria. Same prices as street meters, $3 per hour. Across the street there is ample parking for $5 per day.
