I have used them a few times now. Mostly from frozen pipes. I have dealt with Scott and hes been just wonderful. He's honest and fast sending out help. But the pricing is very fair with no hidden charges. If he tells you a price thats the price. Will continue to use and recommend

Called them and asked them "how much it will cost for you to come out and diagnose what's wrong with my furnace". The person on the phone I feel was very rude. His answer was "I can't tell you how much it's going to cost to fix if I'm not there". Clearly was not what I asked so I ended the conversation politely. He called me back little after that and told me he doesn't charge for consultations so I set it up for Tuesday. He told me he would have someone call before arriving. No one arrived, No one called. I guess they don't want my services and I won't be calling here ever again.
