I was looking for summer shoes. Security tag was on shoe fastener/buckle. When I asked to have it removed I was told I could try it on by sliding my foot in. Really??? How can you try on a shoe with strap/buckle when you can't undo it or do it up. Saleslady took off tag Looking annoyed. Told me to give them back when done so she could put the tag back on and walked away. I put the box down and left. Not going back!!! I don't recommend this place. Service not what I would expect.
They may have great deals but the store is run by the rudest and least helpful people Ive ever dealt with. Ive worked in retail for a very long time and if I had ever worked with the attitude and disrespect at any of my jobs that they exhibit I would have been fired on the spot. Will never shop here again. The savings arent worth it. Clean up your act!
Shoes are a fair price, we purchased shoes from the clearance section and got a good deal. The most annoying thing is that the staff follows you around everywhere and the store is packed so it's very hard to get around and to pull out shoes!
The manager at this location was completely rude when I called. I had purchased a pair of beirkenstocks (not my first pair I will add, but never bought them from this store) at the beginning of June and the cork is already starting to go. I called to see what they could do, and she stated in 10 years I have never heard of beirkenstocks starting to fall apart and I would have to leave my shoes there over night for someone to evaluate and then let me know what they will do. How about exchanging them. I do have a receipt and you state when we purchase them that they come with a 60 or 90 day manufacturer guarantee, and for $110.00 dollars I expect to wear them for more than a month! I will be extremely disappointed if they do nothing and will make sure that people know.
