I had the most terrifying accident and throughout the entire process the staff at Parkway Towing went out of there way to make the entire process smooth. They truly care and provide exceptional service.
Illegally towed my car. Then made me take a taxi 25 mins out of the city to the yard. Where they wouldn't even open the yard to show me they had my car until i paid them full in cash. Never been treated so rudely in my life.
Thank you for the service, and storage. The towing cost was a bit expensive though. Customer service at the storage was excellent.
My brothers camper caught on fire at the Canada border and Parkway Towing was called to get us our of there. They promptly towed us to their faciluty and even went the extra 100 miles to FIX the RV. They could have overcharged for service since we were from the US. But they really went over and above to accommodate our vacation schedule. Can't say enough good things about them. They are truly honest and provided great service. Wish they were in the USA.
