We bought a Lawn Butler hose reel a couple years back. The inlet hose corroded and we could no longer hook up the hose. Called the Lee Valley Customer Service number for the the Canadian office. Within 90 seconds they had one ready to ship out and will arrive in 3 business days. They even provided a link on how to replace the part. That is outstanding service.
Very friendly staff. I was assisted by a woman who went above and beyond to find a certain item for me. Also, the store is very nice inside and the products look to be of very good quality. I think you can find products there that you won't find in the big box stores.
I have been a customer of Lee Valley for at least 20yrs. And was very happy when they opened a shop in Niagara Falls. The store and staff are fantastic and the quality of the items sold is unmatched. Great gift idea's and excellent hobby options
Lots of really cool tools, kitchen items, and gardening supplies. Really great store if you're looking for gifts as well. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.
This is probably my favorite store. Coming here as an adult is how I felt going to a toy store as a kid lol. It also always leaves me with a great feeling of nostalgia from when I would come to Lee Valley as a kid too. It was my dad's favorite store as well.
Walked in, watched an other get served.. he saw me walked away..and after shopping with no help, found my products went to counter to get order...it was like pulling teeth, more into taking his flyers out...was arrogant too when I asked for help...too bad like the product...but at other places at least I get some help, and maybe even a greeting. Friday morning at 10...horrible
