Very limited, four vending machines and washroom. Staff were helpful.The location is a walkable distance from the falls but you may want to take a local bus or cab. If you do walk have a map as there are no directions available at the terminal that I could find.
Absolutely the worst rail service I have encountered. Because they failed to schedule enough shuttle busses, myself and about 75 other passengers were left stranded at the station with no services for 4 hours. The train literally pulled away from the platform early despite large crowds right near the doors when they could have waited. Next time I go to Niagara I will be taking the bus.
Been to this bus station a couple times - it's a great transportation centre - located in a dodgey part of Niagara Falls - you don't want to be here after it's closed or before it opens. Daily buses to the United States, Toronto and other places - The Niagara Falls City Transit also comes here; check the schedules online; the buses that come here are:Greyhound, Megabus, Wego - Purple Line, Go Transit, Niagara Falls TransitIt's across the street from the Go Transit train station and the Via Station - there are lockers if you are doing a day trip to niagara falls and some of the buses let you take bikes on board.
