I purchased a car at Mottola's for my daughter and I couldn't have had a better experience! Mike was very professional and great to deal with. He really cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable. I asked him about some of the negative reviews he has received and Mike took the time to explain each situation. if you see a car that is of interest, don't hesitate to visit Mike. Then you can decide for yourself if he is someone you want to deal with. I am glad I did ( and so is my daughter!)
Should be a zero…. Sold me a car went to take it off the lot and it wouldn’t start they sent me to niagara battery and tire where i was getting a new battery they lied and 3 months later that battery is done because they put an old crappy battery in my car.
Went there yesterday pulled into the driveway and this guy looked at me like I was a alien. He was talking to 2 customers, kept signaling me to stop my car with a disgruntled look on his face! Then I asked what year is a car for sale I was looking at and he said they all have the year on them. Ok buddy!! Listen ppl if you roll up to a business place and the owner gives you a dirty look and then tells you are you coming out of your car because im not coming to you, is a sign to RUN with your money. Glad that I did not do business with this guy his behavior belongs in the trash!!!
I was considering some cars from this company, but after reading the reviews, it’s clear this place is not trustworthy— especially with such disrespectful employees. What a horrible service. Thankfully, I checked here before wasting my time with people who have no idea how to treat customers.
As we can see, we have a fine gentleman working at this company. Very polite with potential new customers (contains irony). Just because I asked for 2 Carfax reports on two different cars, this “gentleman” responded with all this rudeness. I wanted the Carfax so I wouldn’t waste my time, since I live far away, but in the end it was actually a good thing, because now I definitely know which company I won’t be going to. If he was already this rude without me even being there, just imagine if I had gone to see the car and didn’t buy it on the spot? Well, better not even imagine, honestly.
First off in the past I have bought 2 cars from mottollas when they were on bridge street. Customer service was great. So I referred my parents to go buy one off them. To my astonishment My elderly father was mistreated when my dad brought the car back twice.On day 9 for a rattle which was dealt with. So My father got the car checked at a mechanic after having more issues.Then he brought the car back to mottolas again on day 20. He showed them the work order he got and one of the salesman said to my dad "to bad go pay it".. the other one insulted him and threatened him. I'm astonished this place is still in business with that kind of behavior. Very disappointed will never refer anyone there again.. they should be embarrassed.
Stay far away from this place!!! They rip you off any way possibly, make promises they don't keep, I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this place.
