I had booked an appointment with this place and they called me an hour before to cancel my appointment. What a disappointment ! How can a well establishment mess up their booking. If this is the way they run their business, I am happy to go somewhere else. After this, I told my neighbours and they said they had bad experience with this Salon as well so maybe it's best that they cancelled on me. Lots of other professional places I can go who would be happy to have my business. Your loss Grotolla!
