Dr. Smith is a very knowledgeable and intelligent doctor. That being said from my experience, it feels as if his clinic is run strictly as a money making machine, where it seems they are hesitant to give out prescriptions if needed, if you are not paying for something cosmetic. Secondly, I have spent thousands of dollars at Smith Laser in treatments. I understand that this is a cosmetic clinic, therefore money is the main objective, but they also need to be open-minded and less hesitant when people come in for something other than an out of pocket expense.I am very disappointed in how this clinic is run. It is all about money, I think Dr. Smith has forgotten the reason he went into medicine in the first place. Be cautious, unless you are getting a something cosmetic, you will be treated like a second- class citizen.UPDATE MAY 5, 2018:To Whom It May Concern:There is no one named Laura Robertson who was your patient. I will not give out my full name as I wish to remain anonymous but trust me I was your patient for years. I would not waste my precious time writing a review unless I was very irritated. While Dr. Kevin Smith is a good physician, I had came in for a prescription I had had multiple times and Dr. Smith's wife had said "We do not give out that prescription here" (when I was asked at the front desk regarding my reason for visiting) until I informed her that I had received it prior as well as spent thousands of $$ at this clinic. Once she had been informed about the fact I had spent money there prior, all of a sudden Dr. Smith was able to write out that prescription. Afterwards, she then proceeded when I asked for a parking pass to leave the facility for free that "I had to spend money" to get one. Excuse me? I have spend thousands of dollars prior at this facility and just because that one time I didn't come in for a cosmetic procedure I guess I was not eligible for free parking. It is called client rapport. You should have a conversation with your wife in regards to being personable and open- minded when she is at the front desk. I know this was over two years ago, but I still remember this negative experience clearly and you should be informed so this doesn't happen to other clients in the future. Once you start being concerned with only money, people notice!

Dr. Kevin Smith is utterly wonderful, both as a person and a doctor. He's kind, highly-skilled and never tries to push product. I've been going to him for years and have never once had a negative issue. He never keeps you waiting. His office staff, too, are friendly, fast and helpful. Highly recommend.
Dr. Smith is a wonderful Doctor who I went to see. His staff are fantastic for helping. Today I had fillers for my face and it's amazing with the Juvederm and now I am very happy to get this done. Dr. Smith did a great job and just want to say Thank You. I will make another appointment to get a filler done for under my chin. Once again Thanks for a great job. Cheers.!
First time patient of Dr Smith, absolutely love what he did .Dr Smith is very professional, honest does not push product at all .
