New to the area and heard a loud noise coming from the back of my car. I brought it in and they found out very quickly it was my rear brakes. As a young girl that doesn’t know much about cars they were incredibly friendly and have very reasonable fair pricing. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Definitely an auto shop full of trusting people. They got the job done quickly, and there were no surprise charges. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this shop.

What a wonderful experience! I had taken my car to Mini St Catherines to get a smell out of the vent system. I told them there was likely a rodent. They first told me there was no smell and charged a diagnostic fee. It took my 16 year old daughter to turn the air on to let the technician smell before they agreed. After about $ 500 for a look with a flexible camera and a treatment they said there was no rodent and the smell was better. Needless to say the smell never went away and became worse. The technician was also rude. I don't think they can do much more there than change oil and filters. I found Anic online. What a difference! The staff were so friendly and I was able to speak to the mechanic directly. He discussed all the problems he may encounter and the possible costs up front. I was updated on his progress regularly and on other issues that he identified. He always gave me options and I never felt pressured. I was given the opportunity to make an informed decision. In the end, after the entire dashboard was dismantled and the evaporator coil replaced the car smells like new. If the parts had been in stock the whole process would have taken 3-4 days. A huge job for which we think was a very reasonable price. Thank you again for excellent service. We will be bringing our Mini Cooper to you for all future service and maintenance. Sandro and Mel are running an amazing shop! Went in to get my rear brakes and rotors swapped out as they were making a loud noise. Sandro took a look at the front brakes as well and called me to let me know he could do them if I wanted, but I may still have a bit of life in them and they might hold on a little while longer! I appreciate a mechanic who doesn't try and sell you things you don't need! Super professional service! Will definitely be back in the future!
