Was travelling to Canada from the states on a lond road trip and had a nightmare scenario of my car overheating on the rainbow bridge with everything closed. Was able to get my car to platinum first thing in the morning and they were able to have a part ordered, shuttle me back to my hotel, and my car fixed all within 5 hours on a day where they told me they had appointments all day and couldn’t make any promises. Really appreciate them being not only honest with me about the options and timeline, but the hustle and extra mile they went to get it fixed even though I was not a frequent or returning customer. Please continue to give them your business if you’re ever stuck travelling like I was, or you are local. I promise they’re great people who will do the absolute best they can.

Since Platinum has opened, I've been bringing my Ram 2500 in for regular service and everything else in between. Great shop, great service, an even better staff. Top notch work, great pricing. I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else. Platinum Automotive is a superior choice.
Went to Midas before for a squealing in my car which was fixed in may, and another shop for my breaks in June. Both shops did not fix any issues and they came back within a month. Platinum has been very kind with my last two visits and are helping me diagnose issues with my 2014 Versa Note, and are very professional. Also they have a wonderful waiting room which is not noisy at all and is very comfortable. The owners are very kind.
I was really grateful for their communication and availability. We were traveling in the area and had our check engine light flash and the car started shaking. Platinum recommended a tow service and had availability that day, diagnosed our issue, and repaired our vehicle professionally.
