The ranking is mainly because of the cost and the cost structure.The cost was $25 and is costly.There is only one cost structure. Whether you want to visit just for half an hour or all day, it is the same flat fees of $25. They could easily implement an automated entry and exit system, with payment at the exit based on amount of time parked.The parking lot is quite big, but I guess the demand is much more than what it can provide.
Horrible service. I went during a busy day and was turned away from the larger lot and moved to a smaller one that was further away. It took about an extra 20 minutes to get in there and right after me they started letting cars into the larger lot. It made the day much more difficult as I was traveling with 3 young kids. When we walked by the larger lot, we noticed quite a few empty spaces. Teenagers running lots is never good idea. Need some better staff and management.
