This was excellent. Car overheated on way back to Erie Pa. Service manager took a look at it and squeezed us in to get it fixed same day. Had a broken nose connection. Car was finished and we were back on the road in 2 hours. Boris and his service techs. Did a great job. Reco.end to anyone. And thanks to them.

Crappy Tire is an apt name. Good service, but they didn't even have an automotive bolt I was looking for. Prices are also overly inflated unless it's a "sale".

I was treated like dirt as I am also partly blind when I asked for products that I saw online. Guess who I spoke with was the Manager of the store as he said to me show me the products on the computer. He said we only get the toys at Christmas. He was so very rude towards me. I will never shop at another Canadian tire ever again and to be like that towards a person who is partly blind. What ever happen to been nice towards customers. Perhaps this is the reason why customers don't go to stores anymore and why everyone shops online. Please be kind towards customers in the future Canadian tire. Have a wonderful day.

Pretty much the same as most other Canadian Tire stores I have shopped in. Good, clean, and a good array of merchandise.

First time trying their car service and went in for a summer tire swap. They did additional checks under the hood (didn't ask for) that made the simple task of putting on tires over an hour. Came home later and my car wasn't starting, totally dead. No problems what so ever prior to this service, car is in great shape. Went in to talk to them and they said I could bring it in but wouldn't admit they made any mistake. I had to call CAA and they were able to solve the problem within a minute. Turns out when Canadian Tire Service checked my battery, the connection to the positive side came loose. It was a simple fix and my car was running fine as usual. This was a huge inconvenience that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Sure it could have been an honest mistake but if they had just put my tires on and not messed around under the hood I would have walked away from there in an acceptable time and with no problems. My problem was that they were not willing to admit that they could have made a mistake when it was suggested. I won't be using their service in the future. On the other hand I have no problems with their store and products.
