Tried to visit on Saturday August 5th 2018. The page online says that this establishment is open until 1AM. My group of four decided to stop by as it was only 12:15. We arrive at 12:30 to a locked door with the sign in the window still flashing "open". We ring the bell as i take out my phone to try and figure out what is happening or if the fault was with my comprehension. The sign on the window reads Saturday open until 1AM so we ring the bell again. A lady appears from the back of the store and makes her way towards the door. She opens the door and informs me that they close at quarter to 1 because it takes a long time to close the store. At this time it is only 12:32 which is several minutes from being 12:45 ( the time she claims is when they really close). I understand wanting to close early because you want to go home or do not want to be there anymore but it is unprofessional especially when the "Open" sign is still flashing directly above your sign which reads that you should be open for a full 30 minutes more. If it was possible to give negative stars, i would. So just to recap:Sign and Internet says open till 1AMArrived at 12:30Clerk says they close a quarter to (12:45) Did not get service
My boyfriend and I went to the store on July 7th to grab some items. However, the employee, Amy D., was super unprofessional which made both my boyfriend and I quite uncomfortable and unwelcome. We walked in the store assuming it was going to be like any sex store where the the employee is super friendly and nice but we were wrong. The employee basically followed us around the whole time and assumed we were going to steal. Then when we were browsing near the movie section the employee came in with a box in hand and mumbled something about stealing which made us assume she thought that we were stealing but we weren't and had no plans to do that. After that, my boyfriend and I moved a box to look at the item and she heard the box move and in a rude and loud tone stated if we need help. Due to those situations stated above, I decided to grab what was in my hand and cash out. She made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable which noone wants especially when you are going in to grab some toys or items for pleasure. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you want to be followed around by a bitter old lady named Amy D.
i like the privacy of the back door but its always locked....think ill spend my money somewhere elts
Whenever we go to canada we always make a stop here. Usually the older woman is very kind and patient and always willing to help if we have any questions and even recommending nee items! Very polite and clean compared to other shops weve been to! Safe sex is great sex!
Closes earlier then posted hours, APPARENTLY STARTS CLOSING AT 12:30 when posted hours say 1:00am. Was NOT EVEN 12:30 to begin with. RUDE EMPLOYEES, RUDE SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE SERVICE TO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE1 star is TOO MANY for this business
