The station is not always opened and it was closed when I arrived two hours prior to my train arriving and the temperature outside was 21 degrees. The bus station across the street was open at the time. Station is about a 2.5 mile walk to downtown Niagara Falls, cabs are waiting outside of station. Small station but it is in good condition.
Be prepared for a lecture from Ron to take out his latent anger about other countries on you during his explanation on why advertised services won't function.Also, purchase well in advance through their wonky mobile app, because it will take a few tries.
It's small but well organised and clean. I wish it had better amenities
it is a good place to visit but it is a very expensive city because they charge a lot of taxes I would think that with what hotels charge here one can get to go for example to Acapulco or Las Vegas but if it is a very nice city although I had a bad experience in a restaurant called Mario's the food was appalling and very expensive the only good quality food is only found in hotels and I was at the Marriot On The Falls.
Part of Canada USA heritage and historical building just need restoration and upgrade touch up add an extra track, Railway is and will remain sensational for many years and gets better, love to see more of GO Train there....
