The staff here are very considerate of everyone's special circumstances and try their very best to accommodate. Just an amazing group of people ?. I would highly recommend their place of service. Great rates, senior discounts, great selection of vehicles.
Went in Monday around 540 they close at 6. I never use this word in my vocabulary but OUTSTANDING is the only word that could be used to describe his work performance. Very professional,friendly,fast,efficient and most important above all knew his job well. Enterprise has an asset on their team. He had great things to say about the people and repair shop that i chose to take my car, which made me feel at ease about that decision. Everyone worked very well as a team especially that the very busy time I was present. Alex took the time to go over the rental thoroughly top to bottom for existing damages ( always always check the windshield and lift the wipers on a rental to look for cracks or dings before signing).
I'm not sure of the name of the gentlemen who showed us our rental today but he was extremely personable, helpful and very nice to talk with. Unfortunately alot of customer service these days you don't get people like this that enjoy interacting with customers and care about the customer!
Enterprise provides excellent service, but I have one concern regarding the gas tank policy. When I received the car, the tank was slightly less than three-quarters full. It’s difficult to return the car with the exact same amount of fuel. It would be much easier if they provided the car with a full tank, allowing customers to simply return it with a full tank as well. As it stands, I nearly had to fill it up completely. I was waiting for a ride to drop off me at the collision center. They had a route with three different stops, and even though I was the first to be picked up, I was dropped off last. What should have been a 5-minute trip ended up taking an hour.
