Went for winter tires installation today, was quick, easy. The money is very reasonable as compared to other service centers. A big thanks to active green ross team for doing great work.
They don’t even deserve a 1-star rating. I went to Active Green + Ross for an alignment about 4 weeks ago. After that alignment, my all-season tires started wearing out extremely fast both inside and outside edges were gone within one week, and the steel belts were showing. Because winter was starting, I had to replace them with brand new winter tires. After installing the winter tires, the exact same issue happened again within about a week — severe uneven wear. I went to another mechanic shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the alignment was still incorrect and needed to be redone. Because of their failed alignment, I ended up having to buy two sets of tires in a short period of time, costing me hundreds of dollars on top of the alignment I already paid for. When I returned to Active Green + Ross, the only thing they offered was to redo the alignment — with no responsibility taken for the damage their work caused. I also feel like many of the workers are not experienced, based on the quality of work and the results I received. This was a very disappointing and very expensive mistake. I do not recommend this location at all.

We had our rent a car fan cover broken The owner and the mechanics were so nice. Great people. Not taking advantage of situations. They knew we were just visiting. They didn’t even charge us any single cent. I was amazed of their kindness. Thanks guys! You are all awesome. Definitely recommend to all friends.
Was there about a month ago now. Had a tire that exploded. They were able to get me in asap, as i had to leave town the next day. Fantastic service, faster than expected, reasonable cost. Marvin is an awesome guy.
Bought Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires that couldn't get balanced properly on my vehicle - within two days they had Michelin Defenders T+H replacement tires installed at absolutely no hassle or price change - these people are amazing - wish all stores were like them. Excellent service. They go way beyond the ordinary.
10++++ checked to see if they could do the job first!! they are not doing it for the $$$$. Just great customer satisfaction. I am coming back for an oil change. Dealers are wat too expensive!!
