If you’re looking for a place that charges dealership prices for dollar-store service, congratulations — you’ve found it. Straightline Automotive is a living example of how not to run a business. Barry, the owner, seems to think yelling replaces customer service. Every conversation feels like you’re interrupting his bad day. Newsflash: customers aren’t punching bags. If you can’t handle talking to people, maybe find someone who can. Maybe get a girlfriend/boyfriend be less angry! The front-office atmosphere? Completely unprofessional — more dressed like a stripclub than a mechanic shop. You’d think walking into an auto shop meant you’d get service; instead, you get side-eyes, sighs, and longing for a beer while waiting for the next act. And the work? A total joke. My car left sounding worse than when I brought it in. I had to take it somewhere else just to have the mess undone — and the new shop couldn’t believe the price I’d been charged for what little was done. Straightline Automotive should rename itself “Crookedline,” because everything about this place bends the definition of quality and honesty. Save your time, money, and sanity — go literally anywhere else.
Was stuck on Saturday at the arena, car wouldn't start, tried boosting to no avail, startline saved the day, got me in, diagnosed starter went, part was delivered, obviously it was in a terrible spot so took some finessing to get to and remove/replace. Shout-out to Mitch for battling through and getting me back on the road.

Don’t ever go there they give people appointment and they waste time I have an appointment booked for 4:00 before my appointment I called in and they said there’s no appointment I don’t recommend anybody going there
Great and amazing guys! Mr Gabriel appears to me to be a good auto mechanical engineer and detailed when carrying out his work. I’ll surely use their service next time.
