Service was good, but felt I was over charged. I only needed an oil top up (1.5L) and they also put a bit of coolant in (wasn't asked for but appreciated), and put air in my tires (was told that was free)...and he charged me $50. I figured should have not been more than $20 for 1.5L normal oil and a bit of coolant. Not sure I would go back here again if they overcharge for something so simple.
Friendly, professional, honest and Highly capable. I've taken my car to Auto Works twice now and would definitely recommend Mike and his team and my go-to service center. I went to Auto Works the first time on the strong recommendation of a friend and found that the quality of work done there was top notch. I'm 77 years old and therefore have been to many service centers over the years and have done some service myself. Some service centers leave you questioning their integrity. I rate Auto Works at the very top of all of the car service centers I have ever been to, including one I went to for nearly 20 years in Mississauga. Now that I've moved to Welland, Ontario, I am very happy to find this level of competence and honesty as well as reasonable pricing available here too.
A huge thank you! Two garages gave my car death penalty and suggested that I should trade in this old car. I did not think the engine damage was that bad, for it’s still drivable. There must be someone could fix my car or I would go back to college to learn how to fix cars. Thank God my husband found Auto Works and the mechanic said it’s not engine damage, it’s a small part that collected to the engine worn out. It took some time and some money to fix my car （my car is not the popular type like Honda CRV or Toyota RV4, it’s not that easy to find its part) but I am over the moon that my car is back to my life, it’s a piece of my soul. Once again, thank you so much for fixing my car.

As a mechanic myself and a father, I am grateful to have had the chance to find Mike through a referral. I live in BC and my daughter is in Niagara Falls. When she needed a head gasket done on her vehicle, I was worried about finding someone I felt we could trust to take care of her vehicle. Talking to Mike really put my mind at ease as I really wanted to help my daughter, but 5000 km is a bit of distance to work around.
