Only had a small amount of lumber for delivery and was treated with the same service as a large commercial order. Will be using them from now on for my lumber instead of the orange store.
I drove here today from Grimsby for the lamest grand opening EVER. Small hardware store with a fancy epoxy floor and limited inventory. I almost got hit trying to turn onto Montrose Rd. when leaving due to the terrible placement of the grand opening sign right in the line of view for oncoming traffic.
We have had a bad experience with this company. We ordered lumber and paid in advance. They pushed back the date of original delivery quite far (more than 60 days) so we asked if our order could be cancelled since we have a date for our project. They were uncooperative and did not refund our full payment even though it was their fault. They didn’t even notify us when it was delayed, we had to find out when we were making arrangements for delivery.
No point of buying here, Home Depot is still the best to buy your lumber and building materials. Unless they come to terms on customer relation and pricing the products. No way they can achieve a dent in the marketplace. Its the word of mouth people. I don't know what others are saying on this google review but see for yourself. Goodluck!
The guy behind the desk is a real piece of work. No customer service skills at all. Speak to the lady there, she's much more pleasant. The online service was misleading for price quotes as well.
