The store has great service personnel. My only complaint is with the inventory buyer of those Valu stores. Most products are average but some suffer from quality issues. Buyer beware when you install a product that may need to be returned. Is it really worth the hassle to find the rock bottom price for a fixture that will not last more than five years before it too needs replacement.
Great place to grab a tool or product for a diy, other than going to the big box named stores. Employees are very helpful.

The associates are very helpful and the items very accessible to get to just be prepared to pay higher than usual.
I love this place. Not as hectic as the larger chain style hardware stores.
