Tent area is very loud with highway traffic, trees hanging down to hit in face and tree stumps cut to low that make a hole.for tripping issues. Close to washrooms which was nice. Different activities at rechall for kids is great.Up to 2 days before leaving a very nice gentleman named Jim was concerned about a dead tree in our area that might be a issue with high winds and a thunderstorm passing through on Wednesday offered to move us to a ranger smith cabin for the remainder of our stay to keep us safe . Which would make our stay a 5 star in our hearts. Thanks to him we have to say a big smiling and hugs thank you to the jelly stone family park &staff .

Very friendly staff, however the maintenance in the campground is not the best or at least what you expect for the money you paid. We went with other 3 families to the shelters. The idea is very good if they were well maintained but it was not the case. All four shelters were dirty and dusty. Window screens on all of them had holes which made it impossible to open the windows, therefore it was very hot inside. The worst part were the washrooms, the first night they were ok but the could have been better, second night was the worst. We did not have any soap in the dispenser, one toilet was clogged and wasnt fix at all. The smell was disgusting. We were left with only two toilets in service but one did not have toilet paper at all which resulted in a line up to use the only one left. To top it up, it rained on our second night and two of the shelters we were at had leaks on the roof and we had water coming in. Not a very pleasant stay.

Very kind and amazing staff, we came in at last minute and they were very accommodating and kind. We had a hotel booking mishap and decided to camp last minute with 4 kids. They went out of their way to help. Family atmosphere, clean and quiet. Not a place to party. Very family oriented with an itinerary of family activities. We didnt do any of the activities bc we only stayed one night, but would def stay again!

We went to Jellystone a few weeks ago, and it was not what we expected. There was a lot of additional charges for activities, it seemed due to the rain almost 3/4 of the free activities were cancelled (however there was no thunder or lightening). The pool was not clean or monitored there was children slipping and sliding in the foam party and jumping into the pool while they had grass, mud and who knows what else on them. The park was flooded from the rain, the staff was super young and not very knowledgeable. The trailer we rented had ants in the kitchen EVERYWHERE which caused us to toss out half of our food. If you can't afford to just toss money around i'd recommend booking elsewhere.REPLY BACK TO OWNER: #1. the activities were not substituted we asked several times. #2. Of course there are signs but kids will be kids and clearly they did not listen, having the staff at the foam party observing the kids go from the foam to the pool should have spoken up. #3. Please don't assume we did not address the ants as we did. We told the girls at the front who seemed to pause and not know what to say. Just like when we asked them about activities. The response from the owner is a perfect example of the management from this location. Thank you for helping others see that they should not waste their time nor money at your location.

Nicely maintained, family oriented park, the rec staff are amazing. Lots of accommodation options including tent lots, yurts, cabins, park model trailers and trailer lots. Good amount of amenities and activities to keep the kids happy and busy. Fair size pool, small wading pool, large bouncing pillow, lots of playground equipment, small arcade and a fun 18 hole mini golf course. The park store is well stocked and somewhat reasonably priced. The biggest rip off is the firewood at $15/bag, also the wifi is not worth while as it doesn't work very well (slow speed/lost internet connection). The shuttle bus is reasonably priced and on time, unfortunately the driver is kind of rude and drives too fast for the vehicle size. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
