Mark is the absolute best. My husband has been with Brent Trinder for over 20 yrs, and the office has always been amazing with us. Mark finally got me to switch over quite a few years ago, and I’ve never looked back. He is always on top of things and is quick to respond to any of inquires. I would highly recommend Desjardins and Mark Trinder.
Inappropriate, rude and unprofessional this office will be reported Before even making an appointment with this office to discuss anything, you behave disgusting by calling the agent we are dissatisfied with. Are you in Highschool? This is acting inappropriate and will be reported. Your actions prompted the other agent on dorchester rd to call me with a bs scolding. Desjardins is not the company it once was. There are better companies to be found to receive insurance from. Grow up

We have been with State Farm since the early 90's. Since then we have bundled our auto insurance with them and saved a bundle! Brent and Mark always look out for our needs and go the extra step to see if there other ways to make our experience the best! I would recommend State Farm to everyone.

Mark has been amazing since day one. When we moved to Niagara Falls he has helped us with renters insurance, and just recently into house insurance for our first house. His service is second to none! Even when we were paying only $13/month Mark knew our names, our jobs, who we are, and where we are in life. With this office you are NOT just a number. To top it off they are always fast, responsive, and up front with everything they do. When we bought our first house we had no idea how many things would be on the 'to do' list. Mark and State Farm were the one thing on the list that went smoothly. He communicated with our lawyer and was always one step ahead of us, completing tasks before we even knew they were needed. Honestly, we didn't even shop around because from day one at $13 for renters insurance we knew that there would be no better customer service out there. They earned my money, and my trust.
