We are so thankful that we have CAA Membership Plus, it is such a lifesaver and the service both online customer support and the tow-truck drivers are outstanding. We have used Rpadside Assistance twice this year, getting our car towed from Niagara Falls all the way to Toronto at no extra charge. Otherwise, it would have cost us a fortune. Service is prompt, efficient and friendly. Thank you Team CAA for all you do for us.
Despite what others have said I did not find the staff to be friendly, but rather it felt as though the person I spoke with was looking for any excuse to not do her job. It says CAA but the attitude feels much more like dealing with an apathetic government employee.

Seems to be shared location for service Ontario. I walked in and turned around and left. I am not sure if it was because of tourist season or people getting in line for license renewal. Save yourself the grief go to Thorold CAA nicer office and plenty of parking. The parking lot looked like an accident waiting to happen.
