I have been a loyal customer of state farm (soon to be dejardins) for 24 years. My parents have been with them much longer than that. This company has never done anything but help us when needed and take care of us at our worst times! The local office is excellent as well. Cassandra at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. Even when you are in the middle of something stressfully like I was recently when my car was rear ended out of town. A quick phone call and everything was taken care of from the tow truck, ride home, rental vehicle etc. When my vehicle was found to be a total loss there was no nickle and dime nonsense with the value of my vehicle. The payment was direct deposited which expediated getting the money in my hands to buy a new vehicle. They even extended the rental vehicle for an additional week once the payment was made to help me have time to find a new one! Everyone speaks poorly of insurance companies in general. But I really have nothing but praise for Travis Cairns and his team in Niagara Falls. Do yourself a favour and check them out. You wont be disappointed!

I met Cassandra Somerville and with her professionalism and knowledge i truly feel I was listened to and also gave me choices.
