Incompetent, unprofessional behaviour and customer service with me, despite being with them for ten years personally and over 20 years with my father. Since my accident (not my fault), they tried to drop me, however, i consulted my lawyer and they could not, however, since then it has been absolute HELL. I wish i could say more, but I can not because they have not proven themselves to be as professional as they should be with a seasoned client. Do sign up with Co-Operators, but Do not sign up with this office if you can do better.

Had such a wonderful experience at the co-operators! Brad was so friendly and was able to help me better understand the importance of financial planning and being prepared for the future. Before my appointment I had very little knowledge of what things like a tfsa or rrsp were...as silly as that sounds, its true! But he definitely opened up my eyes and helped me set up a budget that allowed me to start paying off some the debt I had accumulated over the years. Very glad I made the decision to set up the appointment, it feel's like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders :)

Great experience, Brad and Robin were very friendly and helpful. They also saved me over $100 a month, with considerably better coverage than I had. My only regret is not visiting them sooner.
