Going through years of them, not returning phone calls not returning emails tired of playing telephone tag this needs to stop our money that you're dealing with and we need to know how it's being handled

Once they get your money their "customer service team" dont even bother to answer your question if they dont know the answer . so what they do ? Transfer your call in circles and then just the phone down on you. case in point: my call at 10 Aug - 2018 , 15:40 pm. if this happened once , id let it go as a mistake. but it has happened 3 times now. Extremely frustrating.
They wont care about you after earning your business. I called lots of times to get a hold of Steven who was my broker never got back at me. They charged me extra $$$ for no reason also and they never explained why. Beware beware.
They never answer my questions...EVER. Asked about gettin good the MyDrivers Discount device multiple times over the past three years and theyve never answered me about it. Asked questions about my premium and have never gotten a reply. Never even answers my calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I tried to get a quote for my motorcycle and was passed off on multiple occasions. Never called back either. To add to this, I have a squeaky clean driving record and full license M class. They claim to have a riders plus program but clearly dont value their customers who ride.
Extremely unprofessional, impolite customer service, wasted my 15 minutes trying to get the quote, will never call them again and will recommend all my families and friends to stay away from these people.
Absolutely horrible I was with this company for 7 years on multiple occasions on renewal dates I should say I've asked if they could find me a better rate not once a day ever go out of their way to try to help the customer I just recently left this place went to another company as I shopped around myself not a good insurance company Desjardin I'm now paying literally half the price and I'm receiving full coverage
