Originally came here for our honeymoon. Returned here for the anniversary. Rooms are always clean and well maintained with a very comfortable bed. Staff is always polite and helpful. The hotel also offer a complementary cocktail hour for new guests on your first night. Breakfast is brought to your room every morning featuring croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt and a house made granola. The restaurant downstairs (The Ag) also provides a fine dinning experience right at the hotel should you choose to stay in.
The location of the Sterling Inn is great. It is within a few hundred meters from Lundys Lane. So walking distance to all the attractions is very close. To get to the Falls is a bit of a hike though. The suite we had was very spacious and had a jacuzzi tub plus a separate sitting room and bedroom. Very good deal for the price. It even included a breakfast that gets delivered to your door in the morning. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the room had a bit of a smell to it ( like old wood)
Lovely hotel not too far from Clifton Hill with a built-in spa. Last time we went, we mentioned about the bed being too hard and they were happy to move us down the hall for our final night. Very accommodating. Will definitely go again
Amazing hotel only a block from the main strip and two or three blocks from the edge of the falls. Service is great and bed in breakfast is a nice cozy touch. The restaurant attached was one of the best meals I've ever had. Very nice large hotel rooms and very curious staff. Would stay hear again on my next visit.
Absolutely beautiful! One of the nicest accommodations I have ever stayed at. The girl at the front clerk was very rude, insinuating I was lying. Our room had not been cleaned; so I approached the front desk of the room, where they apologized and offered to get someone Yvette right away. After returning from dinner, the room was not cleaned, but instead all they did was drop off new towels. My wife and I called the front desk to inform the manager, he apologized, and offered to send someone right away as well ad remove the cost of parking from the bill. During our checkout, the girl at the front desk tried to charge us for parking, when I explained to her that the manager offered to remove that cost, she acknowledged that she had heard that but refused because she said we left the "do not disturb" sign on the door, which we did not. The manager once again had to come out and sort everything out again. That girl needs to be taught manners and basic customer sevice etiquette. Would have given 5 stars but the front desk clerk left an extremely negative impression.
