My daughter and i went to the spa for manis and pedis as well as eyebrow waxing. Julie the owner is super nice and down to earth. She treats you like a long lost friend. Julie does great work and i highly recommend going to see her. We will definitely be going back.

The quality of Julie's services, in my opinion is rarely seen in " Beauty " service.My pleasant experience began from the first phone interaction. Julie did everything she said she will do and followed up on her commitment. The day in the Spa was memorable and her service long lasting. 2 friends and I visit the spa for hot stone massage this weekend. 1. We were 1 hour late because the overwhelming of breakfast restaurant. The staff ladies are really understood and waited for us with great patience; 2. I was waiting for my friends and I mentioned I didnt sleep well last night. The lady quickly made a bed for me to take a nap. I was really moved by their thoughtful service;3. My friend left her watch at the spa and we must return to Toronto that night. The lady left the door for us to get back the watch. We appreciate your kindness and we would recommend this spa to our friends for future trip to Niagara Falls! For the professional service and great care to clients!
I just had the best pedicure I have ever had along with some great conversation. My pedicure looks amazing. They are so nice offering coffee or tea to drink, beautiful spa and great personalized service. I will definitely be back. The lady was telling me about all the services and was very friendly and helpful. I cant wait to go back.
