Loved the Canadian side tour we took. Included the horn blower boat ride, going up the sky tower and many many more stops. Our tour guide Serena was very friendly and knowledgeable. A very great value for the price! It was my first time to Niagara Falls and this tour got us familiar with the territory and locations for places we would want to visit on our own. Would recommend it 100% Loved it!
Total SCAM! Avoid them at all costs. We went there on Labor Day weekend. They told us that if we went with them we would be able to avoid the lines and get the best views of the falls. That was a lie. And worse than that we spent the whole day at Power Vista a free powerplant upriver from the falls. It was like they were purposely diverting us from the attraction everyone wants to see. Eventually we made it to the falls and had to wait in line anyway - basically we ended up paying over $100 to see attractions that were mostly free and that would have cost about $20 if we had gone on our own. Oh yeah, and they also wasted our time by taking us to a power plant. TOTAL SCAM!!!
We've taken Gray Line tours in various cities over the past 30 years and have always enjoyed ourselves. This tour was no exception. We booked the Niagara Falls Canada tour for 11 a. m. Friday. When I called to confirm on Thursday I was told our time had been moved up to 10 a. m. No problem Our tour guide Howard , was great. Knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and humorous, he made the tour very enjoyable. Consider yourself very lucky if you get his tour.
Our tour guide, Barbara, was really witty and knowledgeable. She is extremely patient and she took very good care of us. I would rate her the maximum number of stars I could. She's a darling! I love the black bus we've boarded as it was unique, spacious and comfortable. However, I felt that the time given at each place was a little rushed. It was pretty insufficient to really absorb the nature and its beauty. Otherwise, everything was perfect. =)
This is the second Niagara Falls tour we have taken with Gray Line and both were outstanding! The first was in 2015 with Tom and the second was in July 2018 with Debbie. Both Tour Guides were A+. The more recent trip was the Canadian side with Debbie, our group was known as Debbie's Dare Devils. We loved her jokes and stories as we rode along, we were sad to have it end. It was a wonderful tour and Debbie went above and beyond to make it a memorable day for us all!
