Our guide Wendy was absolutely Magnificent! She was so informative and funny. Our experience was spectacular!!! Could not imagine doing this tour with anyone else!
Horrible. They convinced me that there was a deal going on that I could cancel my wine tour and rebook for cheaper, but they never reimbursed me for the first tour I booked. So not only was I out $400, but the tour was also boring and not worth it at all! You get shuttled with about 35 people and dont even get enough time at each winery to enjoy it. Just a tiny sip of wine then run back to the bus. I would definitely recommend picking another company. This one will steal your money.!!!!
Our driver & very knowledgeable tour guide Wendy was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!The tours were well timed & when we got caught in traffic for the first tour, Wendy reorganized the day well.Her wit & humor will ensure we ask for Wendy again next time.Had a blast!!
We had an amazing tour. They upgraded us to a different tour that had both wine with a food pairing. It was an amazing tour and we had so much fun. Our driver Wendy was informative, and went out of her way to make our time special. I would highly recomend this tour. It was a cherry on top for our anniversary celebration.
Bus broke down within 2 miles of the start of the tour. There were no other Magnificent tour buses to continue on the trip. An alternate bus returned us back to the Marriott. I understand that buses do break down; however, this company had NO back up plan at all. A lot of disappointed people. BTE Buses need to be upgraded there buses are very old. Also as we were returning to the Marriott Hotel, another group of people were experiencing the very same issue with their bus breaking down. What a bummer! Another option is to use the Brewery & Distillery Tours Niagara. Marriott Hotel set us up with the tour. The van was nice and clean. Group size was about 12. Our driver Richard was very very good. Highly recommend this tour!!!!
