Hands down our favorite experience from our trip to Niagara Falls!! This is totally worth the money! The crew is fun. The rapids were intense enough to have a good time, but we never felt worried it wasn't safe. They provide you with gear to wear. They warn you not to go with anything you wouldn't jump into a pool with, and they aren't joking! You get SOAKED! I would recommend wearing flip flops or sandals to the dock where they have water shoes for you to change into, and have a towel and full set of clothes to change into after. 1 hour on the boat is long enough to feel like you get your money's worth, but man we could have done this all day! So much fun!
This was crazy! I didn't really know what to expect and it was awesome!! I did not appreciate the power of the rapids nor did I appreciate the power of the boat's engine! You power up current through rapids then 180 back through them getting soaked and splashed as you 'roller coaster' through them again and again. Great sights along the way. Learned some cool stuff. Feared for our lives for a moment or two. It was awesome!
We did the covered dry jet boat ride and it was a lot of fun. Same ride as regular boat but dry. When we do it again well do the regular open jet boat and bring a change of clothes and leave my stuff in a locker to get the full effect. Everyone gets soaked on the regular ride in the class 5 rapids. That way my teenagers will get a face full of water so I dont have to hear them taunt me about not wanting to get wet at the start of our tourist day. Staying dry this time was important to me but will plan on wet next time. I was glad to have the dry option. Life is about experiences and this one is well worth the price. I will now recommend this ride to everyone I hear is going to Niagara.
Very amazing experience. Sat in the front row of the boat, and was very thrilling. The rapids were intense, and the 360 degree Hamilton Turns were very fun. Highly recommended if in the Niagara area!
We spent about 45 minutes on one of these boats. It was one of the highlights of our visit to Niagara Falls. We we're riding category 5 rapids. And we did 3, 360 turns. It was fabulous! We wore our bathing suits and T-shirts. The tour will provide shoes to wear for the boat ride and there are lockers to secure your valuables during the boat ride. Nathan was our tour guide and Capt Mike piloted the boat.
