Due to a death in the family I've recently had to deal with Butler M Insurance Ltd and I will say I'm impressed.The lady who answers the phone has the most pleasant voice and demeanor. John Butler is a pleasure to speak and deal with. He's great at explaining and clarifying on any questions or concerns a customer could have.In person the team is as personable and pleasant as well as eager to serve as they are on the phone. I now completely understand why the rest of my family have been committed customers for many many years. Now that I've experienced Butler they're at the top of my list when I'm looking in the very near future to obtain new insurance.
